To ensure product quality and customer interests, our factory technicians will install and debug each machine that is about to leave the factory. Debugging is to determine whether the production efficiency reaches the designed capacity, whether the product quality is stable and meets the quality standards, whether the equipment's operating stability and reliability meet production needs, and whether the energy consumption of the production line is within a reasonable range.
Last Friday, we debugged a juice production line that was about to be shipped to Africa: the technicians started with water treatment, connected the bottle blowing machine, filling machine, spraying, labeling machine to the final film packaging machine, and strictly followed the regulations at every step. In particular, the bottle blowing system was debugged many times. The technicians have been adjusting the temperature and air pressure, constantly optimizing the parameters, and striving to be perfect. It took nearly 6 hours from the beginning of installation to the completion of debugging, ensuring that the machine can reach a production capacity of 2,000 per hour, which meets customer requirements. During this period, we also took various debugging videos and sent them to customers for acceptance.
After the debugging was completed, the technicians disassembled the machines one by one and prepared for packaging and transportation. At the same time, our technicians will go to Africa with the machines to install and debug for customers again, and provide technical guidance to local employees.
Production line debugging is a complicated task, but we insist on being serious and responsible, doing our best for our customers, and hope to establish longer-term cooperation with our customers!
