In order to expand the application field of our products, we decided to visit other factories for research. We hope to learn different production technologies through field visits and provide a basis for market expansion.
On the afternoon of June 25, we arrived at the research factory. The technicians warmly entertained us, and then we began to visit. This visit was mainly for the can filling device. The technicians introduced to us: the can filling machine is different from the ordinary filling three-in-one machine. It is a two-in-one machine, and the bottle washing device is not included. Because of the special bottle material of the can, the bottle washing in the ordinary three-in-one machine is fixed by clamping the bottle mouth with pliers, but the material of the can is soft, and it is very easy to damage the bottle with pliers. Therefore, the filling device of the can only has filling and capping, and the bottle washing device is a separate machine. The bottle washing device of the can flips the can through the machine shown in the figure, so that the pure water can be washed to the inner wall, and then it is transmitted to another device to turn the bottle body upright, and finally sent to the filling machine for filling. There is another difference in the filling of cans: during production, a liquid nitrogen device will be added after the filling and before the capping of the filling machine. The main purpose is to extract the oxygen in the bottle and extend the shelf life of the beverage.
During this visit, I learned more about the filling of cans, which provided a lot of help for the expansion of the can beverage production line in the future.
