Product Introduction

The juice beverage equipment adopts the advanced micro-negative pressure gravity filling principle, which is fast, stable and accurate. The juice beverage filling machine can meet the technical requirements of hot filling below 85℃. There is no sanitary dead corner in the filling valve and material inlet and outlet pipelines. It is also equipped with a CIP self-cleaning interface. There is an RO water flushing device for the bottle mouth before capping to ensure that there is no mold on the bottle mouth. The juice beverage filling equipment adopts advanced technologies such as human-machine interface touch screen control, PLC computer program control, and inverter control. It has functions such as automatic control of the cap supply system, automatic detection of filling temperature, high temperature alarm of materials, no capping without bottles, waiting for lack of bottles, and shutdown due to lack of caps.
