2. Revolution system: Patented design chain, durable.
3. Heating system: Infrared heating, imported diffuse reflection aluminum plate inside, full use of lamp heat, shorten heating time, reduce energy consumption, and increase production capacity. And each layer and each lamp can adjust the power individually, the total temperature adjustment system can keep the oven at a constant temperature, fully ensuring the uniformity and stability of heating. The position of the lamp can be adjusted up and down and forward and backward according to different tube embryos.
4. Mold changing mechanism: The mold adopts the bottom positioning plus side positioning structure, and the mold change is simple and fast.
5. Electric control system: Pneumatic and electrical components are all internationally renowned brands, the touch screen control system is easy to operate, has a complete monitoring and sensing setting, has fault diagnosis function, automatic calculation report function, and master the production efficiency of each shift.
6. Cooling system: There is a cooling water channel under the heating box. When the preform is heated, the cooling water channel is used to block the heat of the lamp tube to protect the bottle mouth from deformation. Chilled water flows to the mold to quickly cool the mold and improve the production efficiency of the whole machine.
