Main equipment features
1. The main machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which is durable and not easy to corrode.
2. It uses an adjustable knife disc, a rotary cutting method, and a double-sided blade, which has a long service life.
3. It uses a PLC control system, and the speed can be adjusted on the operation interface.
Electrical configuration description: PLC programmable controller, high-performance servo motor, servo driver, frequency converter and sensor are used. In addition, positioning module is used to make the labeling accurate, fast and stable.

The label is shrunk by steam or electric heating. The whole machine shell is made of stainless steel and insulated, which not only saves energy but also meets international safety standards. The stainless steel water tray at the bottom collects condensed water. The whole machine adopts waterproof design, which is easy to operate and maintain, and can be easily adjusted to suit different bottle sizes.
To provide steam for the shrink tunnel, the fully automatic electric steam generator uses a copper high-pressure submerged vortex pump for water inlet, which has a short water supply time and is durable. A liquid level float is set in the water tank to automatically control the water inlet. The working system is fully automatically controlled, and steam can be continuously output in about 5 minutes after the power is turned on, with extremely high working efficiency.
