  The barrel mouth steam heat shrink machine is a device specially designed for heat shrink film packaging of barrel-shaped container mouths. It is widely used in the field of liquid packaging. Its core function is to use steam heating to make the heat shrink film tightly wrap the barrel mouth to achieve sealing, moisture-proof, and anti-pollution effects.

Shape characteristics: The preform is usually tubular, with an open end and a closed bottom at the other end. The diameter of the open end is larger, which is convenient for clamping and blowing during subsequent blow molding. Its length and diameter are determined according to the specifications of the final plastic bottle.
Material characteristics: Most preforms are made of PET, which has good transparency, gloss, mechanical strength and chemical resistance, and is easy to process and shape, meeting the hygiene requirements of food, beverage and other packaging materials.
High dimensional accuracy: The dimensional accuracy of the preform directly affects the quality of the subsequent blow-molded plastic bottles. During the injection molding process, the preform can be guaranteed to have a high dimensional accuracy by accurately controlling the size of the mold, injection molding process parameters, etc.

 

Easy to transport and store: Compared with the formed plastic bottles, the preforms are smaller and more compact, which can save a lot of space during transportation and reduce transportation costs; they can also use warehouse space more efficiently during storage and reduce storage pressure.
Adapt to different product packaging needs: According to different packaging contents, plastic bottles that meet different requirements can be produced by changing the material and specifications of the preforms. For example, the preforms for carbonated beverages need to have higher pressure resistance, while the preforms for cosmetics may have higher requirements in terms of transparency and aesthetics.

The preform can be produced by the injection molding machine, and then combined with the bottle blowing machine to produce the bottle, and finally connected with the filling machine through air conveying to fill the finished product, such as purified water, juice, carbonated beverages, cooking oil, soda water, sparkling water, etc.
