How it works

Packaging Process

Chain conveyor Film sealing shrink cool down

1. Chain conveying: The packages are placed directly on the chain for conveying.
2. Film sealing: The packages sent through the sealing and cutting line are pressed by the pressing device set above to prevent tipping. After the push cylinder is withdrawn, the film sealing cylinder and the film cutting cylinder work at the same time to complete the film covering and sealing.
3. Shrinkage: After the film covering is completed, the packages enter the shrinking furnace for shrinkage.
4. Cooling: After the packages are shrunk, they pass through the cooling device set at the tail end of the machine and enter the auxiliary rack to wait for stacking.
