Our engineers arrived in Mali yesterday and completed the commissioning of a 2,000-bottle purified water production line ordered for a customer as planned. The equipment is currently operating stably, with all parameters meeting pre-set standards.
During the commissioning period, engineers conducted a comprehensive inspection of the equipment's mechanical structure, electrical connections, and control system. They also optimized and adjusted the equipment's operating procedures multiple times to adapt to the customer's production process requirements. Field test data showed that the equipment's capacity reached 2,000 bottles per hour, meeting the customer's daily production schedule.
The customer arranged for their operations team to participate in on-site training. Engineers provided detailed instructions on daily operation, basic maintenance, and common troubleshooting, and provided an operator's manual in Chinese and French. Following the training, the customer's operators independently completed three hours of continuous production without any unexpected downtime.
The customer stated that the equipment's current production performance meets their expectations and they have no objections to the commissioning results. Further technical support will be provided remotely by engineers, and the customer can contact the after-sales team via their designated email address or phone number. Any remaining issues have been logged, and the relevant parts have been delivered to the customer's warehouse. We wish the customer continued success and cooperation.
