A 10,000-bottle purified water production line ordered by a customer in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has completed production and commissioning, and is now in the packaging and shipping phase.
Since securing this order, we have been busy preparing the production line. From equipment selection and assembly to commissioning, every step has been meticulously executed. This production line is customized to meet the customer's needs and can handle a production capacity of 10,000 bottles per hour. During the design process, we took local conditions into consideration and made numerous adjustments to the equipment's adaptability to ensure smooth installation and operation upon arrival.
All equipment for the production line has now been packaged and is awaiting the arrival of a logistics vehicle. Next, the equipment will be shipped to the Democratic Republic of the Congo by sea. Although the transportation time is considerable, we have already made preparations for follow-up service. Once the production line arrives, our technicians will assist with installation and commissioning until the customer is fully operational.
