The Blow-Fill-Cap Machine integrates blow molding, liquid filling, and capping processes into a single unit, achieving efficient and automated production. Its core operating principle is as follows:
Preform Heating and Blow Molding
The machine first applies infrared heating (temperature range: 100-120°C) to the preform, softening it to a blowable state. The heated preform is then fed into a blow mold, where high-pressure air (2-4 MPa) is injected into the mold, expanding the preform into the desired bottle shape.
Liquid Filling
The formed bottles are conveyed to the filling station, where filling methods are selected based on the characteristics of the liquid:
Gravity Filling: Liquid flows naturally by utilizing liquid level differences (suitable for low-viscosity liquids).
Pressure Filling: Liquid is pressurized into the container (suitable for carbonated beverages).
Vacuum Filling: Vacuum is drawn before filling (suitable for easily oxidized liquids).
Capping
After filling, the bottles proceed to the capping station. The capping machine seals the bottle opening by rotating or pressing the cap, ensuring leak-proofness.
Product Output
The capped finished product is transported via a conveyor belt to subsequent processes such as labeling and boxing. The entire process is coordinated by a control system to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
