A few days ago, a customer from Mozambique visited our factory to inspect an 8-8-3 filling machine for bottled water that he had ordered from us several months prior.
We had previously communicated with him numerous times through our website and emails, carefully confirming all equipment specifications and the customer's production requirements. After 40 working days, the filling machine was finally completed.
Upon completion, we immediately commissioned the machine ourselves. After testing to ensure it met the customer's requirements, we informed him that the machine was complete and would be shipped soon. The customer expressed his desire to come to our factory for a personal inspection, and we warmly welcomed him. Last Thursday, he finally arrived in Zhangjiagang from Mozambique. Upon entering the workshop, he carefully inspected the machine for defects. After ensuring they were flawless, he prepared for the commissioning and inspection. The process went smoothly, and he was very satisfied with the output and speed. Our engineers were always available and patiently answered questions. In the afternoon, the customer and we carefully reviewed the shipping documents and finalized the delivery schedule, installation training, and other matters. In a few days, this 8-8-3 filling machine will be shipped to Mozambique and ready to start production.
