Recently, our company successfully reached a purchase agreement with a water plant customer in Zimbabwe regarding a purified water production line. This marks our first collaboration with a client in Zimbabwe. The customer saw a video of our purified water production line on Facebook and, impressed by its convenience, contacted us with a desire to purchase a 500ml purified water line capable of producing 2,000 bottles per hour.
The customer stated that his country lacks sufficient water purification infrastructure, particularly in rural areas and some urban areas, where access to safe drinking water remains a challenge. Therefore, he sought an efficient, low-cost purified water production line that fully automates the entire process from raw water purification to bottling, with a daily production capacity of approximately 20,000 bottles.
The purified water production line we provided utilizes a multi-stage filtration system (including core processes such as pretreatment, reverse osmosis, and ultraviolet disinfection) to ensure that the produced water meets World Health Organization drinking water standards and local industry regulations. Furthermore, the equipment design takes into account the specific power supply characteristics of Africa, allowing for stable power supply and backup generator systems to ensure production continuity. At present, the two parties have entered the final negotiation stage of the contract details. After the formal signing, our company will follow up the production, transportation, on-site installation and training throughout the process to ensure that the production line is put into production as planned.
