Products Description
The filling principle of the pure water filling machine mainly includes three main steps: flushing, filling and sealing. During the entire filling process, the pure water filling machine is also equipped with various sensors and detection devices, such as liquid level sensors and weight sensors, to ensure the smooth progress and quality control of the filling process.
The filling step is the most important part of the filling process. Purified water enters the filling valve from the water storage tank through the pressure delivery system. When the bottle or container is filled, the filling valve automatically closes to prevent overfilling.
The water source treatment process of the pure water filling machine is also very important. The water source needs to undergo multi-stage filtration, disinfection and other treatments to ensure that the water quality meets the relevant national standards. The treated pure water is filled through the precise metering system of the filling machine, and the packaging process is completed through the heat sealing and sealing processes of the packaging machine.
