Products Description
The liquid filling machine is a fully automatic multifunctional combined unit integrating rinsing, filling and sealing. It is suitable for the fully automatic production of rinsing, filling and sealing of various non-carbonated beverages, mineral water, purified water, fruit juice, tea beverages, etc. The whole machine has the advantages of unique design, compact structure, beautiful appearance, complete functions, strong adaptability, convenient operation and maintenance, and continuously adjustable production capacity. It is the most advanced non-carbonated liquid beverage filling production equipment in China.
This automatic filling machine integrates rinsing, filling and sealing functions and is a high-efficiency full-action liquid packaging equipment.
Details
Flushing part
The bottle clamp head and bracket are made of SUS304 precision casting stainless steel
The rotation of the clamp is controlled by a conversion device set at the nozzle below the bottle mouth.
Filling part
All stainless steel structure: The filling valve is made of SUS304, and there is a guide ring inside the filling valve to avoid friction; O-type silicone sealing ring, with the advantages of no filling without bottle, good sealing performance, fast filling speed, accurate liquid level, etc. The finished product storage tank is a SUS304 stainless steel tank with automatic liquid level control.
Capping part
The design is improved based on the capping technology. It adopts advanced magnetic force to adjust the torque, the tightness of the cap can be adjusted, and it is equipped with a height adjuster to suit the sealing of various lids.

Water treatment system
Water treatment refers to the process of improving and optimizing water quality through a series of physical, chemical or biological methods. Its purpose is multifaceted, but it can be mainly summarized into two points: one is to improve water quality to meet people's needs for living and production water; the other is to protect the environment and prevent water pollution from damaging the ecological environment.
Blowing system
The function of the bottle blowing machine is to make plastic raw materials (such as granules or preformed preforms) into hollow containers (such as bottles) of specific shapes through heating, blow molding and other processes. Its working principle mainly includes:
Material processing: Plastic granules must be softened or melted into liquid first, or preformed preforms can be used directly.
Molding technology: Use compressed air to blow the softened plastic onto the inner wall of the mold, and form a container after cooling.
Filling Machine
The main function of the pure water filling machine is to fill the treated pure water into containers. Specifically, the pure water filling machine accurately fills the treated pure water into various containers through an automated production line, ensuring that the filling amount of each bottle of water is consistent, thereby improving production efficiency and product quality.
Labeling machine
The main function of the labeling machine is to quickly and accurately attach labels to the surface of containers through automation technology to improve packaging efficiency and quality. Through the combination of mechanical transmission and electronic control, shrink film or paper labels are put on the surface of containers (such as plastic bottles, glass bottles, iron cans, etc.), and heat shrink or pressure shrink to make them close to the bottle body.
Packaging machine
The main functions of the film packaging machine include dust prevention, moisture prevention, cleaning, and adapting to the packaging requirements of containerized storage, transportation and mechanized loading and unloading operations of goods. Film packaging machines are widely used in various industries, such as food and beverage, canning, papermaking, dyes, plastic chemicals, glass ceramics, electromechanical castings, etc. They can improve production efficiency, prevent damage to goods during transportation, and play a role in dust prevention, moisture prevention and cleaning.
