The empty bottles are transported to the rinser by the wind from the air conveyor.During the entire transportation process, each fan air inlet is equipped with an air filter to prevent dust from blowing into the bottle.The air conveyor usually transports bottles at a faster speed and can transport a large number of bottles from the temporary storage area to the rinsing and filling production stations in a short time.

The cap sorting machine is equipped with a detection switch. When the bottle caps are consumed to a certain extent, the detection switch sends a signal to start the cap feeding machine to feed the caps. There are a certain number of bottle caps in the cap bin. The belt shakes the bottle caps into the air duct under the action of the motor. Under the action of the fan wind, the bottle caps are sent to the cap sorting machine through the conveying air duct.

The bottles in the air conveying channel are conveyed to the rinser of the three-in-one filler through the bottle discharge star wheel. The turntable of the rinser is equipped with a stainless steel bottle clamp with a bottle mouth. The bottle clamp clamps the bottle neck and turns 180° along the guide rail so that the bottle mouth faces downward. In a specific area of ​​the rinser, a special nozzle sprays flushing water to rinse the inner wall and outer wall of the bottle. After rinsing and draining, the bottle is clamped by the bottle clamp and turned 180° along the guide rail so that the bottle mouth faces upward. The washed bottle is guided out of the rinser by the bottle discharge star wheel and conveyed to the filler.

During the filling process of the filling machine, the bottle is firmly clamped by the bottleneck support plate, and then due to the action of the cam, the lifting mechanism starts to work, thereby driving the bottle to rise and fall accurately.

The anti-rotation blade on the capping machine clamps the bottleneck to keep the bottle upright and prevent it from rotating. The capping head keeps orbiting and rotating on the capping machine, and the cam is used to realize the actions of catching, putting on, screwing and removing the cap, completing the whole capping process.
