In the bottle blowing part, plastic particles (such as PET) are melted into liquid through a heating system and formed into a continuous tube billet through an extruder. The tube billet is blown into shape in the mold by sterile high-pressure gas, and the vacuum system assists in shaping to ensure that the container wall thickness is uniform and completely sealed in a sterile environment. The high temperature and high pressure treatment at this stage can eliminate the risk of microbial contamination.

In the filling part of the blow-fill-cap machine, the formed container enters the filling station directly through the conveying system without external contact. The filling mandrel is inserted into the container, and the liquid flow and flow rate are accurately controlled by the pressure-time control system to achieve quantitative filling. Some equipment is equipped with sensors to monitor the filling parameters in real time to ensure stability.

In the sealing part, after the filling is completed, the retainer above the mold rotates and closes, and the top of the container is sealed by heat pressing or ultrasonic technology. After sealing, the mold automatically opens and the finished product is output by the conveyor belt, without manual intervention throughout the process
