The bottled material first enters the liquid storage hopper and is then accurately delivered to the quantitative bottling valve by the delivery pump.
2️⃣ The bottle is placed on the transmission chain plate between the capping machine and the filling machine, and the orderly bottle-in-bottle-out reversing movement is achieved through the coordinated action of the balance wheel spring and the filling lifting system.
3️⃣ When the bottle moves below the bottling valve, the valve will automatically open, and the liquid in the bottle will be discharged into the empty bottle by its own gravity.
4️⃣ When the liquid reaches the specified level, the bottling valve will automatically close, followed by capping, coding and labeling.
5️⃣ The bottle continues to move forward and enters the pressurization stage. After pressurization to the specified pressure, it is sealed to complete the entire filling process.
