Installation site of pure water production line
This is a 2000-bottle pure water production line Since we have planned the layout of the customer's installation site in the early stage, the installation is not particularly laborious. We have sorted the equipment from water treatment, bottle blowing machine, filling machine, labeling machine, film packaging machine, etc. The customer's production workshop is relatively large, and there must be enough space for all the equipment to be placed without being particularly crowded. The installation process was particularly smooth.
After all the equipment was installed, the pure water production line was debugged and the parameters and speed of each equipment were adjusted. Through debugging, the performance and operating stability of the equipment were tested, and the existing problems were found and solved to ensure that the production line can be put into production normally. The customer staff was trained to explain the equipment's operating procedures, precautions, maintenance and other aspects.
With the joint efforts of all the installers, the installation was successfully completed. I wish the customer a big purchase of pure water, which is also a way of recognizing our equipment and work.
