In order to expand new businesses and enhance competitiveness, our factory decided to introduce a batch of new machines: blowing, filling and capping. Blowing, filling and capping are the core integrated equipment in the production of liquid products such as beverages and bottled water. They integrate the three major processes of blowing, filling and capping, which can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce pollution risks.

In traditional production, blowing, filling and capping are independent processes that need to be connected by conveyor belts, while the blowing, filling and capping integrated machine integrates the three in the same equipment. After the preform is heated and blown into a bottle, it directly enters the filling station and finally caps. There is no exposure to the whole process, which reduces secondary pollution.
And the output is very large, the minimum can reach 24,000 bottles per hour, and it is also suitable for bottled products of different specifications (such as 330ml-2L), and the mold change is flexible and fast, which saves a lot of time compared with ordinary blow molding machines.
It can also reduce the risk of contamination. The entire process from blow molding to sealing of the bottle is completed in a closed environment, which reduces contact with the outside world and reduces the probability of dust and microbial contamination. It is especially suitable for the production of high-end beverages (such as natural water and functional beverages). It saves costs and space, eliminating the cost of conveyor belts and intermediate storage areas in traditional processes. The equipment footprint is reduced by 30%-50% compared to the split type. It can also reduce manual intervention, requiring only a few operators to monitor the equipment, reducing labor costs.
