Carbonated Beverage Production Line Completed

Recently, the carbonated beverage production line customized by our factory for South African customers has been fully completed and officially entered the acceptance stage. This production line is customized according to customer requirements and can guarantee the production of 6,000 bottles per hour with a production capacity of 1.5 liters.
The total length of the production line is about 70 meters, covering the water treatment system, bottle blowing system, and filling system. The various equipment links are closely connected and the layout is scientific and reasonable.
Yesterday, the boss and all the technicians gathered next to the production line. After everything was ready, they started debugging. The technicians tested the various performance indicators of the production line one by one according to strict standards and procedures, focusing on the operation stability, production efficiency and product quality accuracy of the production line. The final test results passed perfectly. During the test, we also arranged for professionals to shoot the test video, which has been sent to the customer for confirmation.
From the initial demand communication to equipment procurement, installation and commissioning, we maintained close communication and cooperation with customers. It took 2 months to finally complete the construction.
Next, this production line will be properly packaged and transported to the customer's factory. Our technicians will also go to the customer's factory for installation and teach employees operating knowledge.
