Working process:
Insert the lid of the empty barrel into the lid removal head, step on the pedal to remove the barrel lid, then insert the empty barrel into the box with a brush to rinse for about 10 seconds, then take the empty barrel out, and the process is over. Before starting the machine, check whether the power supply and air pressure are normal, and whether the motor direction is correct. If any abnormal situation is found, it can be used only after the fault is eliminated

Instructions for use:
1. Insert the mouth of the water bottle into the chuck of the capping machine and gently press it down into place.
2. Use your foot to step on the air valve pedal, and the cylinder drives the chuck to pull the bottle cap down.
3. Release the pedal, the cylinder rises, and the chuck of the capping machine opens, and the empty bottle is removed.
4. If you can't pull the bottle cap off once, you can step on the air valve several times in a row, and the bottle cap will be pulled off. If it still can't be pulled off after several times, this cap is difficult to pull off, and you need to loosen the air valve to force the bottle cap out. (This situation is very rare)
5. Put the empty barrel into the barrel brushing machine, close the door and it will work automatically.

The barrel cover after separation is free of wear and deformation, and can be reused after disinfection, which improves the utilization rate of the barrel cover. This machine uses air pressure as power, which is safe and reliable. The rated air source pressure is 0.5Mpa/㎝2, the air intake volume is ≥0.1m3/minute, and the lid removal rate is 200~300 pieces/hour. Connect the air source, turn the recycling barrel upside down, insert the barrel mouth into the lid removal head, and then step on the foot switch, the barrel cover can be removed and slide out of the slide.
