RO water treatment system
The main equipment of RO water treatment equipment includes silica sand filter, activated carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, hollow fiber membrane, RO (reverse osmosis), ultraviolet sterilizer, precision filter, ozone generator, water tank, etc. It can effectively remove muddy organic matter, iron, manganese and other impurities in the water, reduce the hardness of the water, and make the various indicators of water quality fully meet the standards of fresh water drinking water. Determine whether to use primary water treatment or secondary water treatment according to the water quality
The blending system includes blending tanks, sugar dissolving pots, degassing machines, homogenizers, sterilization, CIP cleaning pipelines, and the required equipment is configured according to the juice process and customer requirements.
The full-automatic bottle blowing machine is used to make plastic bottles. The prepared preforms are put into the preform sorting machine, which automatically sends the preforms to the bottle blowing machine. After the preforms are heated and softened, they enter the mold and the desired bottle shape can be made. The bottle blowing machine also requires a set of auxiliary equipment, such as air compressors, cold dryers, chillers, filters, and gas tanks. The machine model can be customized according to the required output.
The spray sterilizer cools the filled juice to facilitate labeling and packaging. If the juice is not cooled, it will be hot and produce mist after packaging. Another function is that after the juice is filled, there will be residual juice outside the bottle. The bottle is rinsed twice and the juice is sterilized twice.
