The 5-gallon bottled water production line will flip the clean barrels with the chain movement 90 degrees. The empty barrels will be pulled out of the barrel seat by the barrel pulling cylinder and turned down with the barrel turning rack. Then the barrel pushing cylinder will turn the barrel upwards, so that the empty barrels will be placed on the conveyor belt of the filling machine waiting for filling. After the sterilized empty barrels are in the filling position, the filling valve is pushed into the barrel mouth by the cylinder, and the filling pump starts filling. The filling time is set by the PLC, and the filling time can be corrected by the multi-function button on the panel according to the liquid level to reach the correct position. After filling, the full barrels are sent to the capping station by the conveyor belt, and the bottle caps are automatically put on the barrel mouth when passing the capping station on the way. After the capping is completed, it is output through the conveyor chain and enters the post-packaging process.
Filling machine details
The fully automatic capping machine is a supporting production equipment for 3-5 gallon bottled water production lines. It is suitable for automatic capping before recycling barrels are cleaned, which greatly improves work efficiency, greatly reduces the secondary pollution caused by manual capping, and reduces the labor intensity of operators.
Fully automatic internal and external barrel brushing machine
Under the conveying force of the conveyor belt, the barrel enters the outer barrel cleaning machine and is pressed against the main rotating brush. The main rotating brush rotates in the opposite direction to the barrel's travel direction and the rotating brush at the bottom of the barrel. Under the action of the dial, the barrel completes a compound motion of one revolution and four rotations. The flushing water pump continuously sprays water or cleaning agent to each brush, and the water is collected by the water receiving tray at the bottom and enters the cleaning agent water tank for recycling.
Bottled water filling machine
