Products Description
The 15-liter barrel water filling machine uses a centralized lubrication system for fixed-point, timed, and quantitative lubrication. The metal part of the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which can be used for a long time without rusting, and is more in line with the hygiene requirements of beverage production.
Flushing part
The purpose of flushing is to remove dust, impurities and other stains that the empty barrels have been contaminated with during production, transportation and storage. Prepare for the subsequent filling of drinking water
Filling part
The cleaned bucket is accurately transported to the filling station through the conveying device and accurately positioned to ensure that the filling head can be aligned with the bucket mouth and filling can be carried out smoothly.
Capping part
The filling process is over. The bucket is then transported to the capping station for capping. The capping head has a mechanical transmission mechanism inside that can grab the cap and place it accurately on the bucket mouth.
