2. Before starting the machine, you must first use the crank handle to turn the machine to check whether there is any abnormality in its rotation. You can start the machine only after it is determined to be normal.
3. When adjusting the machine, use appropriate tools. It is strictly forbidden to use excessive tools or excessive force to dismantle parts to avoid damaging the machine or affecting the performance of the machine.
4. Whenever the machine is adjusted, be sure to tighten the loosened screws and use the crank handle to turn the machine to check whether its movement meets the requirements before you can start the machine.
5. The machine must be kept clean. It is strictly forbidden to have oil, liquid medicine or glass debris on the machine to avoid damage to the machine. Therefore, it is necessary to:
⑴ During the production process, remove liquid medicine or glass debris in time.
⑵ Before handing over the shift, all parts of the machine surface should be cleaned once, and clean lubricating oil should be added to each active part.
⑶ It should be scrubbed once a week, especially the places that are not easy to clean during normal use should be wiped clean or blown clean with compressed air.
