Self-adhesive labeling machines are automated devices used to automatically apply self-adhesive labels to packaging or products. They are widely used in the food, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, and are suitable for automated labeling of containers such as bottles and cans.

Self-adhesive labeling machines require a combination of daily and regular maintenance to ensure stable operation and extend their service life.

Daily Maintenance

1. Equipment Cleaning: Clean the label head, sensor, and conveyor belt daily to prevent dust from affecting accuracy.

2. Component Inspection: Weekly check air line seals, lubrication of moving parts, and loose fasteners.

3. Calibration and Testing: Calibrate the photoelectric sensor and detection system monthly to ensure accurate label positioning.

Regular Maintenance

1. Lubrication and Maintenance: Apply #1 calcium-based grease to rolling bearings every three months and oil other lubricated parts weekly.

2. Replacement of Wear Parts: Regularly inspect scrapers, blades, and other components for wear and tear, and replace with genuine parts promptly.

3. Deep Cleaning: Remove dust from the machine's interior monthly and use a blower to clean sensors and electrical components. Common Problem Solving
Label not adhering securely: Adjust label pressure, replace with stronger-adhesive label material, and clean the product surface.
Position deviation: Clean and calibrate the photoelectric sensor and inspect the product positioning fixture.
