Installation conditions and technical requirements for bottled water filling machines
The ground is flat, and the load-bearing capacity per square centimeter is greater than 10Kg; the height of the plant is not less than 3.3 meters (with automatic capping machine).
Installation procedures, methods and precautions
1 Since the pure water filling machine is heavy, no anchor bolts are required to fix the machine to the ground. The equipment should be installed on a foundation that can bear the load. Adjust the foot level of the whole machine. Adjust the working height to the same height as the entire line, check whether the connectors of the adjusted connection part are firm, and whether the moving parts move freely.
2 Connect with the bottle conveyor belt, and adjust the relative position and height.
3 Connect the equipment and external pipelines.

4 Electrical connection
The electrical control cabinet of this machine is placed under the workbench (please do not open it at will), and the operation panel is placed on the left side of the table panel (it can be rotated at will). The electrical control has been adjusted at the factory.
