The adjustment of the juice filling machine before the test run is very important. The juice filling machine should be carefully adjusted and the preparations before the test run should be made. The bottles and caps used during the adjustment should be the same as those used during normal production.
A. The height of the juice filling machine is consistent with the bottle conveyor, and the speed of the bottle conveyor is consistent with the rotation line speed of the juice filling machine.
B. Adjust the working height of the star wheel. The bottleneck can be clamped by the bottle clamp of the bottle rinser and the filler, and the maximum outer circle of the bottleneck plate of the filler does not interfere with the star wheel, and it can move up and down in the juice filling machine bottle clamp within a range of 1 to 2 mm. The material is unobstructed in and out, and the liquid level control is correct.
C. Adjust the working height of the capping machine. The bottleneck can be clamped by the positioning block in the capping machine, and the capping torque is adjusted to 1.2 to 1.8 N.M (or according to user requirements).
D. Adjust the capping amount of the hopper, and adjust the speed of the hopper motor so that the capping amount of the hopper is 1.2 times the actual production amount.
E. Adjustment of the position of the proximity switch for bottle detection and detection station
When the capping notch of the capping wheel of the juice filling machine moves to the position of the cap outlet of the cap feeding slide, adjust the position of the bottle detection device to first make the proximity switch sense the bottle signal. Then adjust the position of the proximity switch of the detection station so that when the bottle moves about 10mm (the bottle detection device must still have a signal), the proximity switch of the detection station senses the station signal. At this time, the PLC program controller sends a signal to activate the capping cylinder and feed a cap to the capping wheel. The function of capping when there is a bottle is achieved.
