The transmission system of the juice filling machine is driven by a motor and a worm gear reducer. The main transmission is variable frequency stepless speed regulation and open gear transmission. It ensures synchronization between the bottle rinser, filler and capping machine.
In the cap supply system (hopper motor), when the slide is full of caps, the hopper motor stops. When the slide is short of caps, the hopper motor runs.
When there are bottles in the capping machine, the capping cylinder opens. When there are bottles continuously, the solenoid valve remains open. When there are no bottles in the bottle, the capping cylinder closes.
The bottle output system of the juice filling machine has no power and needs to be connected to the bottle conveyor.
