Preform Mould

Preform molds are tools used to produce preforms. Preforms are intermediate products in the bottle manufacturing process. Preform molds can be used to injection mold plastic raw materials into preforms of specific shapes and sizes.

The bottle cap mold uses computer simulation demoulding experiment to make the mold design more perfect.
Use single cavity taper positioning technology to ensure uniform wall thickness of the product.
Use unique processing technology to make parts interchangeable, and the cavity and core are made of corrosion-resistant and high-wear-resistant steel (hardness>HRC50).
The hot runner absorbs the most advanced foreign hot runner design without gates, and the temperature is controlled by a single cavity.
