The basic process of beverage production is: the raw water is filtered and then sterilized by ultraviolet light to form sterile water, then the white sugar is dissolved and finely filtered to obtain syrup, and the materials are added in proportion during the preparation, and then an appropriate amount of syrup is added to form a preliminary beverage. The material is then frozen by the refrigeration system and the temperature drops to 0-4 degrees Celsius. The cooled beverage is mixed with CO2 by the mixer to form a carbonated beverage. It is directly introduced into the filling machine for filling through the beverage pump.
