Product Introduction

Carbonated beverage filling machines are suitable for filling Coca-Cola, Sprite, sparkling water, etc., and can fill various capacities such as 200 ml, 350 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml, 1 liter, etc. And for bottles of different shapes, sizes, and capacities, only simple adjustments are required to achieve filling and capping operations, which has strong versatility.

Rinse the empty bottle with pure water to effectively remove dust that may be contaminated during blowing, storage and transportation.The flushing time can be set, usually ranging from a few seconds to more than ten seconds

The centering guide of the carbonated beverage filling machine adopts guide rod centering and unique bottle mouth clamping technology to ensure accurate sealing between the bottle mouth and the filling valve and reduce material leakage from the bottle mouth. The main drive adopts gear drive, i.e. open combination drive, with high efficiency, low noise, long service life, easy maintenance and sufficient lubrication.

In the capping section of the carbonated beverage filling machine, the caps arranged by the capping machine will be screwed onto the bottles of the filled product and then sent to the next process by the conveyor chain. The capping machine drives the rotating disk to rotate through the reducer. Under the action of centrifugal force, the caps leave the hopper from the hopper outlet.
