The steps for using the pure water filling machine are as follows:
1. First, check the pure water filling machine to see if the filling head, valve, and power cord are intact. Bottles and barrels and other materials need to be prepared.
2. Adjust the conveyor belt, filling head, and power system of the pure water filling machine to ensure that there will be no problems after starting the machine.
3. Turn on the power button to start working. The conveyor belt transports the bottle to our three-in-one filling machine. First, enter the bottle rinser to clean the inside of the bottle. After cleaning, drain the water and enter the filling machine. The bottle mouth rises and opens the filling valve to start filling. After filling, the bottle enters the capping machine through the transition dial to cap the bottle, and the filling is over.
4. After filling, pause the equipment to clean the equipment, wipe off the water, and maintain the equipment to extend the service life of the equipment.
