The semi-automatic lid-removing and barrel-brushing machine is mainly used to clean the inner and outer surfaces of bottled water or beverage barrels. It can also automatically remove the barrel lid for cleaning.
Working Process:
Insert the lid of an empty bucket into the lid removal head, press the foot pedal to remove the lid, then insert the empty bucket into the brushed bin to rinse for approximately 10 seconds. Remove the empty bucket, and the process is complete. Before starting the machine, check that the power supply and air pressure are normal, and that the motor direction is correct. If any abnormalities are found, correct them before use.
