Daily Maintenance Guide for Bottle Blowing Machine
1. Cleaning:
Clean the surface of the machine and the operation panel of dust, oil stains, and plastic debris.
Clean the parting surface and cavity of the mold (using specialized tools to avoid damage).
Clean the pick-up area and conveyor belt.
2. Lubrication (as needed):
Check all lubrication points (such as guide rails, chains, bearing seats, etc.) and add the specified lubricating grease/oil according to the instructions. Attention: Not all points require daily refueling!
Check the pneumatic triple components (filter, pressure reducing valve, oil mist device): drain water (filter), check the oil level in the oil cup (oil mist device), and add special oil for pneumatic tools if insufficient.
3. Inspection:
Air pressure/oil pressure: Check whether the air source pressure and hydraulic station oil pressure are at the set values.
Cooling water: Check if the flow rate and temperature are normal, and if there are any leaks in the pipeline.
Fasteners: Inspect key parts (such as mold mounting plates, mold clamping mechanism connectors) for loose bolts.
Heating coil/thermocouple: visually inspect for damage or looseness.
Safety device: Test whether the safety door and emergency stop button are effective.
4. Operation observation: Listen for any abnormal noise during operation, check if the movement is smooth and steady, and smell for any abnormal burnt smell.
