Instructions for use of bottled water filling machine
I. Safety instructions
No illegal operation
It is strictly forbidden to adjust components, clean or repair equipment during operation.
Emergency measures
Be familiar with the location of the emergency stop button (usually a red button), and press it immediately in case of abnormality.
Electrical safety
Ensure that the equipment is grounded, avoid operation in a humid environment, and check the circuit regularly.
Maintenance warning
Turn off the power and release the air pressure before maintenance to ensure that the equipment stops completely.
II. Equipment structure and principle
Main components
Conveying system: convey empty bottles to each station.
Bottle washing device: rinse the inside of the bottle with sterile water.
Filling head: precise filling (volumetric/flow meter type).
Sealing unit: capping, capping or heat sealing (designed according to bottle type).
Control system: PLC or touch screen integration, parameter adjustment.
Working principle
Empty bottles enter the bottle washing area through the air conveyor belt → drain → fill → seal → test → finished product output.
III. Operation process
Start-up preparation
Check whether the power supply and air source (0.6-0.8MPa) are normal.
Clean the conveyor belt from foreign objects and confirm that the sensor is sensitive.
Start the equipment
Turn on the main power → start the conveyor belt → bottle washing mechanism → filling system → sealing device → material discharging transmission.
Run without load for 3-5 minutes and observe whether there is any abnormal sound or vibration.
Filling operation
Place empty bottles on the conveyor belt, and the spacing must meet the sensor recognition requirements.
Spot check the sealing tightness of the seal (such as pressure test).
Shutdown steps
Stop feeding bottles → empty the pipeline residual water → turn off filling, sealing, bottle washing, and conveyor belt in turn → turn off power and gas.
Clean up the residual water stains and wipe the surface of the equipment with a soft cloth.
