How Does Labeling Machine Work

Feeding The Products Or Containers To The Labeling Machine
This stage mostly involves the movement of containers or products into the labeling machine with the help of a conveyor belt.

Moving Containers Into The Distribution Area
The movement of containers further moves to the distribution area with the help of an in-feed scroll.

Application of labels on surface products occurs at this stage.

The labels come forth from the reel with the help of the alternating wheel drag tags.

Besides, the band should always continue during the start and stop of tags this implies that the band should always be an open-loop displacement control.

The open-loop displacement controls prevent any tension while dispensing labels onto the surface of the container.

When the container approaches the conveyor and driving wheel accelerates to allow equalization, labeling, and then decelerates the speed.

Mostly the conveyors you find on top of the labeling machine are for holding containers in position for labeling.

Removing Or Rejecting All The Containers That Have Been Labeled
Once labeling is complete the containers leave the labeling machine via a discharge chute. Ejecting unit is available in the labeling machine to help detect any errors before discharging the containers.

During the discharge, the containers will always be aligned in a stream to allow the identification of labels that have errors.
