Application of heat shrink film packaging machine

The heat shrink packaging machine is a new type of packaging equipment designed and manufactured based on the characteristics of packaging film shrinking under heat. It can automatically arrange and group single PET beverage bottles or other similar items, and then wrap them with shrink film. Finally, they are heated and shrunk, cooled and shaped to form a collective package. The packaged products are firmly tied, neatly shaped, beautiful, and easy to open. The heat shrink packaging machine is an online detection of photoelectric switch sensors. The collected signals are centrally controlled and processed by the PLC (programmable controller) program. It uses a conveyor belt to continuously feed bottles, bottle separation plates to separate, gate-type grouping, continuous push rods to push bottles and wrap film, heated cutters to seal and cut into packages, heated channels to shrink, cold air to cool and shape, and other mechanisms to complete the entire packaging process.
