The can depalletizer is a piece of equipment used in automated production lines. It is mainly used to depalletize stacked cans from the shelves to the conveyor belt for subsequent production and processing. The design principle is based on automated control and mechanical transmission technology. It uses sensors to detect the position of cans on the shelf, and uses executive components such as robotic arms, pneumatic devices or electric devices to perform precise grabbing and depalletizing actions. At the same time, with the PLC control system and human-machine interface, comprehensive control and monitoring of the depalletizer can be achieved.
Structural features of can depalletizer
1. Suitable for tin cans/PET/glass bottles.
2. The main drive and lifting chain are RS80 double-row high-strength chains.
3. 3. The stacking conveyor line is a RS60 double-row high-strength chain. The conveying speed can be adjusted with variable frequency. The stacking position can store more than 2 stacked products.
4. The door panels on both sides of the main machine's unloading position are automatically adjusted when entering the stacking position.
5. It is required to automatically suck and release the collection partition when unloading the tank. Adjust the cardboard clamping mechanism to clamp the discharge bottles on the entire layer to prevent cans from falling over.
6. Empty pallets are automatically collected. The lifting drive is a motor reducer with brake, and the lifting movement is smooth.
7. Main electrical component requirements: PLC is from Siemens of Germany, touch screen (Schneider/PROFACE), photoelectric (schick), and low voltage is from Schneider.
8. The can depalletizer is controlled by PLC linkage, with automatic seating, positioning, automatic lifting, automatic suction and release of separators, automatic unloading, and automatic collection of empty pallets.

The can depalletizer workflow
1. Detection: The sensor detects the position and number of cans on the shelf.
2. Positioning: The robotic arm accurately positions according to the sensor signal and grabs the can.
3. Depalletizing: The robotic arm depallets the cans from the shelf to the conveyor belt.
4. Return: The robotic arm returns to the initial position and prepares for the next depalletizing operation.
It is simple to operate and can handle abnormal problems quickly.
