Design principle of large barrel water palletizer
The large barrel water palletizer can place the 5-gallon barrels filled with water on a pallet (wood, plastic) in a certain arrangement, automatically palletize, stack multiple layers, and then automatically output to the pallet station, which is convenient for forklifts to transport to the warehouse. It occupies a small area and has low operating costs. It can stack 1,200 barrels of 5-gallon barrels of water bottles into one to three layers per hour as required (4*4=16 barrels or 4*5=20 barrels per layer or customized) for easy transportation and storage. The entire equipment can be easily operated by one person, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of employees.
Equipment Features
1. The equipment uses a slide-type self-gravity bottle feeder. When the equipment is not working, it consumes no power and has low energy consumption.
2. The equipment has an automatic signal detection system, which will automatically adjust the stacking speed according to the output and can match the filling and bottle output line.
3. When lifting the bottle, a pneumatic opposite-type bottle clamp is used, which does not damage the bottle mouth and shrink film, does not drop the bottle, and consumes little gas.
4. It has a stable lifting speed and is designed with an unexpected fault protection function.
5. The machine can stack 1-3 layers, and the number of stacking layers can be adjusted arbitrarily on the touch screen to meet customer needs.
6. It uses an imported PLC control system, and the operating parameters can be adjusted arbitrarily on the operation interface. The equipment has fault shutdown, alarm, and other functions.
