Equipment description:
1. Adopt wheel labeling method;
2. Labels delivered from the label roll run along the guide rail via the label supply wheel for labeling;
3. When the label passes the label supply wheel, the sensor automatically detects the I-MARK;
4. Once the electronic eye position is confirmed, the demodulator automatically adjusts the operating speed of the label supply wheel to accurately specify the label cutting position;
5. After passing the label supply wheel, the label enters the shearing section for label cutting, and then the cut label is sent to the vacuum suction cup;
6. After the containers conveyed by the conveyor belt are properly arranged by the supply star wheel, the glued labels are labeled for the first time in the roller area, and then the perfect labeling operation is carried out by relying on the action of the synchronous belt.
