Fully automatic hot filling blow molding machines usually use a two-step process. First, the plastic granules are heated and melted and then injected into a preform by an injection molding machine. Then, the preform is transferred to the blow molding mold, and the preform is irradiated with an infrared high-temperature lamp to heat and soften the body of the preform, and then blown into the desired bottle shape.
