Plunger Filling Machine

The plunger filling machine uses the reciprocating motion of the plunger in the cylinder to achieve the suction and discharge of materials, thereby completing the filling process. When the plunger moves backward, the volume of the cylinder increases, forming a negative pressure, and the material is sucked into the cylinder; when the plunger moves forward, the volume of the cylinder decreases, the material is squeezed out of the cylinder, and injected into the packaging container through the filling head.
It can be used for liquid materials of various viscosities, including high-viscosity sauces, grease, glue, etc., as well as slurry materials containing particles and suspended matter, such as ketchup filling, orange juice filling, coconut milk filling, etc.

Bottle washing function:
The empty bottles are thoroughly cleaned by high-pressure water flow and brushing device to ensure that there are no residual impurities in the bottles and meet food hygiene standards

 

 

Filling system: It is mainly composed of a plunger, a cylinder, a seal, etc. The precise movement of the plunger in the cylinder is used to control the filling volume of the material and ensure the filling accuracy.
