Isobaric filling principle: Before filling, a certain pressure of carbon dioxide gas is first filled into the beer bottle to be filled, so that the pressure inside the bottle is equal to the pressure inside the wine tank of the filling machine, and then the beer flows from the wine tank into the bottle under the action of gravity. This filling method can effectively reduce the escape of carbon dioxide in beer, avoid bubbling, overflowing and other phenomena, and ensure filling accuracy and product quality.

 

Flushing system: generally composed of multiple flushing nozzles, which can flush the inside and outside of the glass bottle to remove impurities, dust and microorganisms in the bottle to ensure the cleanliness of the bottle. The flushing water is usually filtered, disinfected and recycled to save water resources.

 

 

Filling system: The core component is the filling valve, whose design and performance directly affect the filling quality. Advanced filling valves have the characteristics of fast filling speed, stable liquid level, less material loss, etc., and can automatically and synchronously adjust the height of the filling cylinder to adapt to the height of bottles of different specifications.    

 

Capping system: Common capping methods include crown capping and aluminum screw capping. The crown capping machine uses the double crimping and spinning technology of the capping head and the crimping wheel, while the aluminum screw capping machine uses the rotating torque to fasten the aluminum screw cap to the bottle mouth.

 

High degree of automation: automatic control is adopted, and a touch screen is equipped as the human-machine interface, which can realize functions such as production speed adjustment, bottle/cap missing detection, bottle jamming automatic stop, and output counting. The operation is simple and convenient, reducing manual intervention and improving production efficiency and stability.
High filling accuracy: the high-precision filling valve is adopted, which can accurately control the filling volume, so that the capacity error of each bottle of beer is controlled within a small range, while avoiding dripping and splashing to ensure the filling quality.
