1. Working principle: After the empty bottles are neatly arranged, they enter the juice filling machine and first enter the bottle rinsing department. The bottle clamp holds the bottle and turns it 180 degrees. The inner and outer surfaces of the bottle are rinsed with pure water. After rinsing, the bottle is turned out of the bottle rinsing department and enters the filling department through the middle dial wheel to perform the filling material. Then, it enters the capping department through the middle dial wheel. At the same time, the bottle cap passes through the capping mechanism of the capping department to reach the upper part of the bottle and perform the capping action. After the cap is sealed, the beverage bottle is transported out of the juice filling machine through the conveyor.
2. Mechanism features: This equipment is suitable for the production of various non-carbonated beverages such as fruit juice drinks, mineral water, purified water, etc., and can realize bottle rinsing, filling and capping on one machine. It adopts a magnetic torque capping head to realize the functions of grabbing and capping. The capping torque is steplessly adjustable and has a constant torque capping function. The whole process adopts a hanging bottle card conveying structure, which is convenient, fast and labor-saving to change the bottle shape.
