The carton packaging machine is an automated packaging equipment, mainly used for secondary carton packaging of bottle and can products. It is widely used in beer, food, medicine and other industries, and can be used in conjunction with the filling line. It uses PLC control to realize the full process of automatic bottle separation, cardboard conveying, glue spraying and molding, effectively improving packaging efficiency and reducing labor costs.

Operation principle
Container import: On the import conveyor belt platform, cylindrical containers are divided into multiple lanes by partition plates and pneumatic vibration rails, while single-lane containers with special shapes are divided into multiple lanes by gates. Container divider: The container divider is driven by two servo motor drivers to gently and evenly separate containers. In order to handle unstable containers, such as five-claw PET bottles, a transition bottle lane can be used between the conveyor belt chains. After the containers are grouped, they are pushed out by the push rod. Cardboard inlet: The cards are neatly stacked on a roller conveyor and then automatically guided into a lifting cardboard storage located below the container inlet. A vacuum claw extracts the topmost cardboard from the lifting storage and places it horizontally on the cardboard inlet. Package forming device: The cardboard is transported under the container group and folded up at both ends by a mechanical device. The side covers are folded in with a rotary capping device, coated with hot melt glue by a nozzle and glued to the bottom cover. The circulating sealing chain presses the bottom cover and carries the package through the wrapping machine. Then, the top cover is folded down and glued on the sealing edge. Finally, the sealing chain closes the top cover from above. Since the package runs longitudinally and the bottom is already glued firmly at this time, the top cover can be glued very accurately.
