The bottles are sterilized with hydrogen peroxide mist, and the machine is operated in a laminar flow hood to achieve ultra-clean filling.

The machine adopts a metering method in which a float switch detects the liquid level in the balance tank, a stop valve controls the liquid supply, and the end of the liquid supply pipe adjusts the liquid flow rate. It not only measures accurately, but also does not destroy the viscosity state of the packaged material. It adopts PLC control, which is simple to operate and easy to use and maintain. The milk filling machine has the characteristics of high cleanliness, fast packaging speed, high metering accuracy, reliable performance, high stability, long service life, simple operation and convenient adjustment.
