How to maintain the filling head of the filling machine?
1. Daily cleaning: After each production, the filling head should be cleaned with pure water. Juice filling machines carbonated beverage filling machines and other equipment should be cleaned in time to prevent residual liquid from attaching to the filling head, forming stains and affecting the quality of the beverage produced next time.
2. Deep cleaning: After the equipment has been in production for a period of time, the equipment should be deeply cleaned, some cleaning liquid should be added for cleaning, and finally it should be thoroughly rinsed with clean water to ensure that there is no cleaning liquid residue.
3. Maintenance: Check the sealing of the filling head. During production, observe whether there is any liquid leakage from the filling head. If there is leakage, it may be caused by damage or aging of the seal. Replace the seal in time, choose the model with the same specifications and install it correctly. Check the wear of the filling head regularly. If there is wear, replace it in time to avoid affecting the filling quality and the normal operation of the equipment.
4. Storage environment: The equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid rusting or breeding bacteria in a humid environment.
