The bottled water filling machine is a fully automatic filling equipment for pure water plants or mineral water plants to fill 3-gallon and 5-gallon buckets. The equipment is easy to operate and integrates disinfection, rinsing, capping, capping and delivery. It uses a three-phase AC 380V power supply and is widely used in towns, industrial and mining enterprises and individual units.
The bottled water filling machine is a closed process of bottle washing, filling and capping to effectively prevent the secondary contamination of pure water or mineral water during the filling process. The machine adopts fully automatic program control, and its working process is as follows: 1. Bottle washing: Bottle washing passes through five stations. The first station uses chlorine dioxide (CLO2) solution for washing and disinfection. The rinsing time is adjustable. The first station time is 12S, the second station is 12S, the third station is 12S, and the fourth station is pure water washing. The time can be adjusted according to different needs. The fifth station is to dry the residual water in the rinsed barrel. 2. Filling: The clean barrels are transported by the chain conveyor mechanism and fall on the barrel support mechanism. The barrel support mechanism straightens the empty barrel, presses the filling valve, and starts filling. The filling time can be adjusted according to the flow of the filling pump. 3. Filling and capping When the filling is completed, the barrel transmission mechanism sends the barrel filled with water to the capping machine for capping. When the barrel with the cap is transferred to the capping mechanism, the capping cylinder presses the bottle cap tightly. At this point, a washing and filling cycle is completed.
In order to improve the efficiency of bottled water filling and to meet the production needs of large water plants, the bottled water filling machine needs to be equipped with other equipment to form an automated filling line. The specific composition of the bottled water filling line includes: automatic capping machine → automatic barrel brushing machine → automatic barrel loading machine → automatic washing and disinfection → automatic filling → automatic capping, capping, and capping → light inspection → automatic heat shrink film machine → automatic bagging machine → palletizer (including conveyor belt).
