How does the automatic water bottle filling machine work? The sorted bottles are transported to the filling machine through the bottle feed conveyor. The bottles will pass through a sorting device, which will arrange the bottles neatly. First, the water bottles will go to the bottle washing machine, and the inside and outside of the empty bottles will be cleaned with clean water to clean off the dust that may remain during transportation and bottle making. After the washed bottles are drained, the conveyor chain will transport the bottles to the filling station. When the filling head is aligned with the bottle, the filling starts. The bottle water making machines are equipped with a liquid level detection device. When the set filling volume is reached, the filling stops. After filling, the bottles will be conveyed to the capping station. If it is a screw cap, the capping machine will screw the cap tightly on the bottle mouth by rotating. After filling and sealing, the bottles filled with water will be transported to the next process for labeling, coding and other work.
